Yes, all of EVE Custom Cosmetics products are 100% hypoallergenic.
Is EVE Cosmetics 100% Vegan?
The short answer is no – EVE Custom Cosmetics is not 100% vegan company. We provide a wide range of high quality products to cater for all types of customers so different products are made from different ingredients.
Do you provide product samples?
By downloading our revolutionary beauty app, MY SKIN TONE MATRIX you will be able to purchase our Color Card, which comes with product samples at the time your Color Card is delivered. We provide detailed product information on our website, social media pages and blogs.
Do you accept international orders?
No, we do not offer international shipping outside the US and Canada or ship to any freight forwarders. We apologize for any inconvenience.
How do I know what foundation shade matches my skin?
We invite our customers to download our MY SKIN TONE MATRIX where you can browse and buy "made to order" cosmetics based on your skin type and skin tone and have them delivered to your door.
Where can I find a complete list of your ingredients?
Our website provides a lot of information on each of our products as well as ingredients located in our ingredients tab underneath each product listing.
What about out of stock items?
If a product is out of stock it will show as "Out-of-Stock" on our MY SKIN TONE MATRIX.
Are my details secure?
Yes absolutely, EVE Custom Cosmetics pride themselves on offering a safe shopping environment for clients. EVE Custom Cosmetics uses PayPal to process credit card transactions. We do not sell, rent or pass on any of your details to other parties.
How long will it take to get my order?
Most orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of purchase, depending on product availability and when you place your order. Once your order has been processed, transit time is anywhere between 1 and 4 business days, depending on your shipping address. Orders are not processed on weekends or major holidays.
Can I return a product I’m not happy with?
EVE Custom Cosmetics will only accept returns if the ordered product is damaged in some way in transit. Choose carefully when you order as no refund is allowed for a product that is ordered with no flaw. We need to be notified within 3 days of delivery. The goods cannot be returned if they have been opened.
